At Colorimetry Lights, we want your home to shine in its best light, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused fixtures in their original packaging. We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our premium lighting solutions.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Secure the Fixture

  Carefully repackage the light fixture in its original box with all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to ensure it is in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
